Job Description:
Join us in Hyderabad as a Technical Assistant with 2-5 years of experience in
networking/hardware! You’ll handle computer systems, troubleshoot technical issues, and
provide excellent virtual support. Fluent in Telugu/Hindi/English required.
Responsibilities:
1.Knowledge in computer hardware and OS & Software installations
2.Monitoring computer systems for malfunctions and errors.
3.Performing maintenance and updates on hardware and software systems as needed (as per
partner).
4.Installing and updating software such as, new drives, antivirus, Periservices and operating
systems.
5.Troubleshooting and diagnosing technical issues.
6.Implementing repairs and updates based on diagnostic assessments.
7.Generating error, diagnostic, and repair reports.
8.Keeping abreast of the latest developments in hardware, software, protocols, and diagnostic
techniques.
9.Ability to provide excellent virtual support to clients/customer service.
10.Willingness to travel, remote working in swift systems.
Eligibility criteria:
1.Graduate/Diploma in computers.
2.Any Certification course in Computer hardware and OS and software installations
Interpersonal Skills:
1.Good Communication skills.
2.Fluent in Telugu/Hindi/English is mandatory and fluent in any regional language is added advantage.
