Training Executive L&D

1. Design and develop training programs based on organizational needs and objectives.
2. Create instructional materials, including presentations, hand-outs, and online
3. Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather information and ensure the accuracy
of training content.
4. Assess training needs through surveys, interviews, and analysis of performance data.
5. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and
6. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to employees as needed.
7. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements to incorporate relevant
knowledge into training programs.
8. Maintain training records and documentation for reporting purposes.
9. Collaborate with HR and management to identify skill gaps and develop training

2. Ability to learn new things in a short span of time.
3. Excellent interpersonal skills.
4. Team player.
5. Ready to travel minimum 10 days in a month.
