1.Regular support to the business teams in completion of the disbursement process & ensuring that the disbursement process is completed as per stipulated TAT
2.Working closely with the unit offices to confirm that the collections are appropriately reconciled & are correctly recorded for reference purpose
3.Timely coordination of monthly production reporting of branches. This would include sales referrals, sales volumes, outages, and transaction volumes
4.Provide analysis and trend explanations to help understand the detail of the data.
5.Continually seeks operational efficiencies by reviewing the processes and procedures.
6.Identifies gaps and redundancy & works with other stakeholders to develop solutions
7.Facilitate the customer on boarding process as per standard Operating procedures
8.Leads and manages periodic branch audits to include cash and operational audits
9.Reviews, evaluates, and updates operational SOPs and training documents.
10.Monitor the processes followed by branches & ensure consistent procedures are followed ensuring compliance
11.Maintenance of daily, weekly & monthly MIS for record purpose
12.Managing customer grievances and responding to queries
13.Serves as subject matter expert for all the back-office operations (Micro Finance Industry)

1.Any Graduate with PG, MBA or equivalent degree is preferable.
1.Should have overall working experience of around 7-10 Years with relevant experience of at least 5 years in managing backend Operations in Micro Finance Industry.
