Skills required:
•Graduation or PG in HR Domain
•Experience – 2-3 Years.
Key Responsibilities:
•Create and maintain employee relations for the smooth implementation and execution of various company operations and policies.
•Manage the HR Information System (HRIS) under the guidance of the HR Manager to ensure timely and accurate updating of employee data.
•Handling grievances related to attendance, payroll, benefits, policies, HR systems, processes etc.
•Resolve Workplace Conflicts, staff grievance, disciplinary issue, and termination.
•Ensuring that end-to-end HR process always supports a positive employee experience.
•Handling employee engagement activities that happen on regular basis.
•Providing ad-hoc support to cross functional teams as necessary and in line with business requirements.
•Maintain employee dashboards & reports for management reporting.
