- Understand the lending process with partner and support field staff from HO in achieving milestones.
- Send follow-up reports for follow-up of loans and monitor the growth
- Analyse the process of the loan product and recommend for proper controls in place
- Be a point of contact for field team, receive escalations and solve with help of concerned person/dept.
- Periodic checking of the LOS application and give feedback to IT team for improvement
- Download reports from LOS and share MIS reports
- Cross check and ensure field team is following the SoP, where ever missing escalate to the concerned for necessary action
- Coordinate with IT, MIS and analytics, audit, field, HR, Accounts team for the necessary coordination
- Discriminate the policy changes and process changes to the field team
- Process incentives, weekly con calls
- Willing to travel 2 to 3 days per month if needed
- Experience of 2 to 5 years.
- Sound knowledge of MS Office (Word Excel and power point)
- Excellent interpersonal, coordination skills with other departments
- Good communication skills
