Responsibilities:
1.Ownership of the complete State for Agent Network.
2.Passionate to create an Agent Network from scratch.
3.Maintain liaison with RBO & LHO.
4.Maintain coordination with local vendors of bank.
5.Maintain Audit & Compliance of the agent network.
6.Good in product promotion & branding of the company.
7.Maintain a regular connection with Regional & Head Office.
8.Finding new avenues to scale up the network.
9.Positive attitude to meet the KRA’s.
10.Good hands in MS Excel & PPT.
11.Good writing skills.
Work Experience:
1.Total experience is 4-5 Years, preferably 3-4 years in Banking Correspondence Network.
2.Experience in field operations as a key requirement.
3.Well understands the language & geography.
Qualification:
Graduate/ Post-Graduate in any stream.
