•Managing end-to-end Operations for Microfinance Vertical
•Ensuring seamless flow of entire back-end operations for the microfinance vertical & all the required support is extended to the business teams.
•Spearheading process automation and implementation of digital initiatives for
microfinance operations in coordination with Tech and Product teams
•Contribute actively to org wide digital transformation strategy by demonstrating
openness in implementing new age digital tools/solutions.
•Consolidation and recording of all the data, and presenting the MIS to the concerned
stakeholders with required analysis.
•Timely coordination of regular reporting to and from field offices. This would include
sales referrals, sales volumes, outages, and transaction volumes.
•Provide analysis and insights to help understand the business outcomes better.
•Continually driving operational efficiencies by reviewing the processes and
implementing state-of-the-art procedures.
•Identifying gaps and redundancies & collaborating with other stakeholders to develop
•Drafting/Reviewing Standard Operating Procedures and ensuring strict adherence to
SOPs with respect to customer onboarding.
•Working towards improving operations audit scores of the branches.
•Assisting in preparation of training material and imparting training’s to relevant colleagues
•Managing customer grievances and ensuring that customer queries are responded to on a timely basis.
•Serving as subject matter expert for all the back-office operations (Microfinance)
•Any Graduate with PG, MBA or equivalent degree is preferable.
•Should have overall working experience of around 12 to 15 years with relevant experience of at
least 8+ years in managing back-end operations with excellence in Financial Services Industry.
•Should have good collaboration skills with bank partners & field teams.
•Should be highly tech-savvy and well versed with its applications in operations.
•Should have excellent team management & leadership skills.
•Should have strong presentation skills along with knowledge of the MIS systems.
•Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic and semi-structured environment.
•Good understanding of field realities in Microfinance Industry.

•Proficient in data analytics along with managing dashboards and digital tools.
